All meetings are held at Keno's Restaurant located at 5750 East La Palma Ave. in Anaheim Hills, CA.
All chapters within 200 miles of this location must have a representative in attendance. Preferably the president.
Any UPA member that wants to attend is welcome. All in attendance are encouraged to join in and speak up.
Breakfast is at 7:30 AM.

Get there early for a good seat.
Breakfast is $10.
Orange juice is extra and once again there ain't no wheat toast.
